Mark has a long and storied history in the food industry in British Columbia. He studied and worked in a variety of kitchens holding different positions over the years.
Owner, President of Hills Foods Ltd (specializing in wild and farmed game meats, specialty poultry) from 1987 till its sale to Legends Haul in 2019.
